At Costa Coffee, our customers are at the center of our attention!

One of our ways of saying "thank you" to our loyal customers is through our Costa Coffee Club program, where we offer special benefits to our members.

Especially this year, we are being considerate of the fact that due to challenging situation from March till May, when some of our stores were not in operation, it might become more difficult for some of our customers to collect the 3750 points necessary in 2020 to achieve or maintain Gold status for 2021.

Therefore, we are happy to announce that as an exception for the year 2020 only, we are reducing the points limit to reach Gold Status from 3.750 units to 3.400, making it easier for our customers to collect the points needed.
